		<description>Corn is one of my favorite snacks. I buy it frozen. Canned corn has to much sodium and preservatives and corn on the cob takes too much time to make. It also isn&#039;t available all the time at the store. Corn is high in complex carbs, fiber and protein. It also has some healthy, unsaturated fat in it. Plus if you put just a bit of smart balance spread on it, it tastes really good.
